Quick update from Malaga
I´m writing this from the hotel lobby and a Spanish keyboard, so forgive and crazy Ñ or ç that might appear in this blog.
It´s beautiful here in the South. It was storming the last three days I was in Barcelona, which made moving my AND Doug´s stuff out and across town by bus/metro even more fun.
Doug has been swimming great. He went best times in the 200 free, 100 back and swims the 100 free tonight. It´s been really fun to tag along.
Today Doug and I had some free time to go into the centro and see the Sunday morning Catolicos in full force waving their palm branches for Palm Sunday. Some of the old Catholic ladies have skipped straight to Good Friday attire and are mourning with their black veils and black hats and black dresses and black shoes.
We get back in to Barcelona tonight about 9 pm and catch our train to Herisau, Switzerland tomorrow morning about 8:30 am. We are getting really excited and are preparing for our quick unpack-repack-wash-dirty-clothes-in-the-sink session tonight. Hopefully next time you hear from us, we will be somewhere German-speaking, where Doug will feel a little more at home than he did with Spanish.
¡Hasta luego y nos vemos muy pronto!
